I have had the MP810 for just on 12 months working from a computer with windows 98 OS. I now have purchased a new computer with Vista Home Premium OS and after using driver from CD and then trying downloaded drivers it refuses to accept the new system. Plugged back into old computer works fine. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi again,
Any developments (or even the lack of it)?

I was just going over/reviewing our Live Chat Session and noticed that you tried the link provided, it is meant for a Canon PIXMA MP810 MP Drivers XP64 which of course would not be suitable for a Vista Home Premium machine. May I suggest that you delete/uninstall not only the USB instances but likewise all instances of the Canon PIXMA MP810 MP in your Printers & Faxes.
Additionally, you can also try downloading the MS old patch Update for Windows Vista (KB940199) which can be found here.
Kind regards.
