You can export your photos in Nokia to computer first and then use iTunes or Leawo iTransfer to transfer the photos to iPod Touch. In addition, you can just email the photos to iPod.

For the detailed steps, check: How to Transfer Photos from Android to iPad

Transfer the photos from the Nokia to your computer first and then copy the photos from the computer to the Ipod.

Getting photos from an iPod Touch to a computer

iTunes does not allow iPod users to transfer files from an iPod to your computer. The program can only transfer data that originated in the iTunes library on the device. Turn on the computer. Connect your iPod Touch with a computer using the USB device. Close the program starts automatically when iTunes recognizes your iPod.

2. How do I upload photos to an iPod Touch from a computer without iTunes?

To update the music, videos and contacts stored on your iPod Touch, you must use iTunes or an equivalent program. Although it is possible to manage your photos via iTunes also, you do not use the program to do this. Transfer photos from your computer's hard drive directly to your iPod Touch using Windows Explorer.

1. Connect the iPod Touch to your computer using the USB cable. Close out of iTunes opens automatically - you will not need to add photos.

2. Open the Start menu and click on "Computer". Click the name of the iPod Touch with the rest of the drives on your computer and double click on "Photos" for the iPod Touch to access "Camera Roll".

3. Click the "Start" menu and click "Computer" back half "Windows Explorer" windows open. Navigate to the location on your computer where you want to transfer photos or located, all you want to transfer, right-click anywhere on the folder and click "Copy." Close the window.

4. Return to your iPod Touch open the "Pictures" folder. Right-click the folder and click "Paste" to copy the photos to your device. Disconnect the device from Windows will tell you once the transfer is complete, and then you look at the camera rolls for the photos you added appears in the visible.
How do i transfer my pics frm my laptop on my ipod touch pls advise

Transferring photos from PC to iPod touch is not that difficult. iCloud and iTunes can both be helpful.
Using "Photo Stream" to sync photos automatically with iCloud is pretty convenient. Go to "Settings > iCloud > Photos (Photo Stream on iOS 6)" and then turn on My Photo Stream. Then get your iCloud started on your PC. In the iCloud Control Panel, Check the "Photos" and then enable the "Photo Stream" option. After that, import the photos into the "Photo Stream" folder on your PC, and then you will be able to view the photos on your iPod touch. Using iCloud to transfer photos from PC to iPod touch is easy, but this method needs Wi-Fi connection. Only over Wi-Fi connection can iCloud sync photo on PC with iPod touch.
transfer-pics-frm-laptop-ipod-oxaxc0rwhkhzilrwacqreyis-3-0.png Using iTunes to sync photos with iPod touch is also easy. But you should be very careful of the syncing function of iTunes because it is a double-edge sword. Once wrong click, you may lose data in your iPod.
1. Plug your iPhone into computer via the USB cable. Launch iTunes if it doesn't launch automatically.
2. Find "File" option on the upper left corner. Then click "Add File to Library".
3. Select photos from your PC and then iTunes will sync the photos to iPhone automatically.

Cannot find my photoes on computer from e63 when connected to computer

This should be easy to find, but I must be a complete dunce because I can't find it in the user's manual or anywhere else. How does one transfer photos from the phone to a PC using the USB cable. I emailed support about this, but the only replies I got were one, to install Nokia Ovi Suite on the PC, which is not a good solution, because often it is necessary to transfer photos to computers that don't have that software installed. Or second, to connect using mass storage mode. The problem with that is that mass storage mode can only access the memory card, but the camera stores the photos in phone memory. I was able to successfully download a few photos by clicking on options/organize which gave the option of moving the photo to the memory card from where it could be downloaded. Now however, I find that that option has disappeared for recent photos, and options/organize only offers the option of "create new folder". Can anyone tell me how to perform the simple task of transferring my photos to a PC? (I don't have Bluetooth).
