I just got my all in one printer.
It still has the original (small volume) black ink cartridge in it.
My copies are coming out with black spots/streaks on them.
I took the drum out and cleaned it careefully.
It made a few clean copies and went right back to splotches.
Advice?
Replace the drum. take out toners and clean inside real good. check your exit rollers to see if they have any ink on them. be sure you use genuine hp products.
