Question about Motorola Mobility V325 Cellular Phone
The same thing happened to me, and first I tried a new charger....when that didn't work, I took my phone to Verizon, and they gave me a fully charged battery...that didn't work either. I still go the "unauthorized charger" message. I was then told that the v325 had older software on it, and that I might need to take it to a Circut City or someplace like that and they could do the software upgrade for me? I haven't taken it yet, but will post if that helps.

I'm not sure what the problem is with your phone, but this happened to me with another Motorola phone and it turned out to be a battery problem. You can try another charger, which might work for some time before you get the same result, but I believe you will need to replace the battery. You can try calling Motorola and checking to see if they will give you a discount on another battery. I've had several Motorola phones give me this same message and most of the time it was only infrequently and resetting the phone and reinserting the charger worked, but if it persists, try the battery.
