if Samsung never included the brand Olevia on there remote, then its not going to work because it was never design to work with that brand. The only way to get around that is to get a learning remote or universal remote that has olevia pre program into the remote.. Olevia did come out with some learning remotes that is able to learn from other remotes.. the model its called Olevia RC-LRN ..
This company called Amergence Technology sells the RC-LRN remote made by Olevia contact them at this toll free number 866-965-3842

You cannot use this wireless adapter in any blueray player, because the drivers which comes along with that adapter cannot be installed in any gaming devices, it can be installed only in computers which has the Operating stytem installed.
Thanks & Regards,

SOURCE: I have a samsung BD
Providing that you have a legal DVD player that is meant to play discs in this country and that you have bought a legal disc (not an illegal bootleg copy) you might need to do a firmware update on player.
If player has internet connectivity you can do it directly on player - it should be a menu prompt to update firmware
if no internet connection is available on player you will need to contact Samsung and have them send firmware update to you on a disc and load it that way
If either disc or player is a bootleg or grey/black market purchase than that is the issue
Players will only play discs from the region they were made to work in
USA is region 1

We would be happy to help you with that. Here is a list ofcodes that should address your DISH Network remote to your Samsung Blu-Ray Player: 506, 755, 807, 524, 534, and 591.
Start by pressing and holding the DVD/VCR button located on the top of the remote until allthe mode buttons at the top of the remote light up, then release. Use thenumber buttons to enter one of the codes for your Samsung Blu-Ray Player, then pressthe pound (#) button. If the code entered is valid for the remote, the modelight flashes three times. To check that the code works try several differentfunctions on the remote to make sure it will properly operate your Blu-Ray Player. Keep in mind that some codes may not be compatible with it.If this is the case, please try the other codes listed for that device untilyou find one that is compatible with your equipment. We hope this helpsand thank you for being a valued DISH Network customer!
