Hi, Mary with Dish Network Customer Service. The problem you are having is a Hard Drive issue. If you have already deleted all the recordings and reset the receiver (unplugged it from the wall outlet for 10 seconds and then let it reboot) and are still having an issue, then the receiver must be replaced.
