Question about Microwave Ovens
Only your service provider (Vodafone) can supply you with that information and itemised billing is usually only provided to customers who have a monthly contract. Very few companies supply he information to pre-pay customers and even then it's a chargeable service to registered customers only.
FixYa has no access to the information, and even if individual Experts have privileged access to such data it would be illegal for them to provide it to you via this website.

I'm not finding that error code.
Does it come on 2 minutes after you plug it in?
If so, it may be a failing keypad or door switch / mount.
Of two minutes after you have been cooking?
That may indicate a bad humidity or other sensor.
