F7 means a water flow meter problem. Either your dishwasher is not getting proper water pressure, or the flow meter is bad. Check to make sure you have good water pressure to the dishwasher, and then check that your water is coming in at a good flow rate. If both of these are ok, then replace the flow meter. If your house water pressure to the dishwasher is good, but your water flow coming into the dishwasher is slow, then your dishwasher water valve is probably plugged. Some valves you can take apart and clean out, and some you will need to replace. Good Luck,

the problem might not be in your senser or timer but in the pump its self

Dishwasher starts in any type of cycle, runs for a minute, then shuts off as the lights blink out.

in general your wash motor can cause that. It gets old and you can hear the wash motor making a rumbling noise when it turns on. The increased load with cause a thermal coupler to turn the unit off.

Dishwasher does not complete cycle

Does it have standing water after cycle? If so you can turn the knob until you hear the water kick into the sink. let it drain this way completely and stop the dishwasher before it starts to add more water. turn the dial or switch to its off location and the let the dishwasher cycle completely to ensure issue is solved. Your dish washer is "short cycling". This usually works 9 of 10 times

Cycle starts, but does not fill with water

When I start a new cycle, I first hear the pump run to empty out all remaining water, and after that I hear the motor run for the regular washing cycle, but there is no water in the dishwasher. After a few minutes, the cycle stops, and the washer claims the dishes are 'clean'. When I try starting a new cycle over and over again, about one in 20 times, the cycle will run normally with water. But then the next time, the problem starts all over again. Once a cycle starts correctly, everything works fine, including the rinsing.

In my dishwasher Whirpool ADP 8967 after the washing cycle start the drying cycle when start it I got the error F7 and the machine stop the cycle. Can some one help me?

Hi simone_b_630,

F7 is known as a fill fault.

1) Remove the filters and the mesh filter, clean out the black grid in the bowl carefully. Don't burst the membrane inside it.

2) Try the machine again after resetting it. (Reset it by holding the start button for 8 - 10 seconds)

3) If the fault persists, take off the left hand panel and unplug the flow-meter, located bottom front of the large plastic water matrix.

4) Plug it back on, reset the machine and try it again.

Also make sure the fill hose isn't kinked and that water is actually entering the machine.

Bauknecht GF7199 F7 light has come on

F7 error indicates a fault with the water flow meter .

Check the sump filter at the bottom of the dishwasher, then close the door and turn on the power. then hold the start button with the + and - buttons under the LCD display, until the drain pump starts. This should then reset the dishwasher.

Hope this helps .
