If the engine is 2 stroke you need to mix 1 part 2-stroke oil to 50 parts gas, i.e. 2% oil

04 Trailblazer oil percent at 23 percent. I changed the oil and reset it now it's says 100 percent, I turn off vehicle and turn back on and it says 23 percent again and again.

Just a Gadget-forget about it,
don't need it

You change your oil when you want to

I would suggest every 4,500 miles

3 or 4 times a year

Nothing there tied to the vehicle oil

My 09 renault megane is stalling and the anti pollution light is flashing. what is wrong and how can I fix it?

you may want to try some of the gasoline additives that are sold specifically to do this job. saves a lot of time and effort. Most of them cost about five bucks, and do clean out some of the gum. They usually are acetone and xylene, or a mixture of the two. Ones that are primarily alcohol are useless since all gas now contains at least 10 percent alcohol. If you have more than half a tank of gas, you could add a quarter tank of E85 gas safely. I have done that in the winter when I had freezeup issues, and you will end up with about 20 percent alcohol which will not harm your seals, but add to the gum=out features of the gas.

Do I mix the oil and gas together and pour it in the gas tank or do I pour the gas in the tank and the waverunner mix's the oil and gas together?

Mix the oil and gas together first.
Or you can add some gas into tank, then add some oil, then add more gas, then bit more oil ... so oil-gas mixture is uniform.

My engine oil say zero percent

then you most likely need to add oil. Park on flat ground, locate your oil dipstick, remove, wipe it off, reinsert it completely, remove and check the level. if its still clean then you need to add oil

Lawnmower engine starts then shuts off. i put in fresh gas and it still does the same. I checked the oil level and its ok.

I assume your mower is starting when you "Prime" it with the plunger. That is forcing enough gas into the carb to start it, but then the gas is not flowing freely on its own. I'm guessing it sat with some Ethanol gas in it and needs a good carb cleaning, as 90 percent of what I work on, this is the case. I'm linking you to a great video which will show you how to do your carb, if you are so inclined. Best of luck to you.

Do you add the oil first or the gas first?

If you're talking about mixing two-cycle oil with gas for a two stroke motor, always mix it in a gas can then pour it in the weed eater. It's easier to put the oil in the gas can first then fill it with gas to get the two mixed well.

Is a gas and oil mix required for homelite bandit chain saw 33 cc. if so how much. just got it from a pawn shop

Yes! Normally 32:1 gas oil mixture is what you will need. The easiest way is to buy the oil in pre-measured bottles (Usually available in 6 packs). That way all you have to do is add one bottle per one gallon of gas.
Hope this helps.
(Don't forget bar oil)

What is the gas mileage on our s-10 zr2

usualy it is 20 miles to the gallon and to improve your gas mileage i would do a tune up... spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel filter. and add tune up in a can its only like $4.00 from autozone. and also replace your airfilter, add air to your tires like 35 psi. and clean your fuel system .
