Hey there, After doing some googling it seems that the default key for dell PCs to access the recovery partition is pressing CTRL+F11 while your computer is booting up.

I hope I was able to help.

I need to reset my asus back to origianl factory defaults

Most laptop computers come pre-manufactured with what is referred to as a "recovery partition". This is a semi-hidden area of the hard drive that maintains a carbon-copy of the original installation that came on the unit. It is there in the event you need to do just such a thing as you desire. Accessing the partition varies dependent upon the manufacturer and model of the device. Most have a hotkey combination that must be pressed when turning the PC on to access the recovery software on the recovery partition (this key action is built into the machine's BIOS and cannot be erased). If you have your original documentation, there should be a section on troubleshooting and/or recovery. If you don't have the documentation, you can go to the ASUS global webite and using your model number, get the information you need.

I am delete my one key recovery partion.so i cannot access my one key recovery button....please tell me how can i reactive my one key recovery button tyo restore the operating system...

If you deleted your recovery partition, you will need your recovery discs in order to properly restore your recovery partition. Depending on the manufacturer of the computer depends on how you would access these discs. If they did NOT come with your computer you will need to contact the company and order them. Otherwise you can pop in the first of however many discs into your optical drive (cd / dvd), and when the computer turns on (the first screen) look for something that says "Press F(number 1-12) to access boot menu"
You will then need to reboot your machine, press the F key that it dictates, and then boot from the particular DVD / CD drive that your recovery disc is in using the arrow keys. Please ensure all of your data is already backed up, as using the recovery discs will remove all data on your computer. Good luck!

I am having VGN 23G and it came with Vista Home Premium. Right now im using window 7. The os's is working properly. Due to 1GB of RAM using vista is a bit frustrating . All the drivers for VAIO VGN 23G...

All the VAIO Computers will be shipped with the Recovery partition in the Hard Drive. If the Hard Drive is not completely formatted, you can access the Recovery partition by pressing the F10 key for 5 to 10 seconds when the VAIO logo appears.

If you're able to access the Recovery partition, then select Restore C Drive option to restore the Computer back to the factory settings.
Let me inform you how to check the if Recovery partition is available.

Press windows+R key and type diskmgmt.msc and check if you're able to view EISA partition. If EISA partition is there, then the Recovery partition is available and you can access by pressing the F10 key at start-up.
If the EISA partition is not there, then the partition is deleted, then you can purchase the Recovery Discs for your Computer which may cost $15 to $35.
