Error 5200 occured while printing. And the black catrige does not recognised

Error code 5200 represent print head or cartridge temperature exceed specified value. It may be caused by the following condition: ink empty or usage of refill ink.
Please check which cartridge indicated by this error and replace it with new one. For Canon Pixma iP2770, this problem frequently caused by an empty CL811. Please refer to Canon Pixma iP2770 Service Manual for details.

Error code 5200 indicates that print head temperature error occurs. This error usually occurs in case of ink low or third party or refill ink usage.

Not printing properly


Mainly canon ip printer show 5200 error. It means your printer's hardware may be in trouble. It may be occur in your paper feeder unit. printer head unit or due to various kind of sensor. try to find what kind of unit is in trouble.

My print is Canon MX320. I just changed a new ink, but the error 5200 occured. Do you know what happened? Thanks.


Error 5200 indicates that the print head temperature has exceeded the specified value. Turn off the printer and then turn on, if error still persist replace ink cartridge or print head.

I just inserted a new black ink cartridge to a canon iP4500, however an error 5200 has occured and it will not print..is this fixable??


it sounds like you purchased a faulty cartridge. A very common problem, unfortunately. Try a new cartridge. I hope this helps

yes your printer can print in black if you don't have black ink in the catrige but don't remove the catrige in the printer but it we print in deep arsh not as black.

Printer dont print black


You might not have cleared the clog out enough, you might not be able to fix that issue. Have you tried a Clean and wick?
