The iron has a attachment that enters the hose that opens the stop valve in the end of the hose, so the steam can enter the iron .

I would suggest you get on your FAVORITE LOCAL
SEARCH engine and do a search...
Such as...

Your model number is NOT coming up as a
USA domestic... Better results can be gotten by using
a LOCAL search engine (I prefer "private" searches
( so as NOT to be drowned in STEAM IRON ads )).

you don't that is a job for an electrician
take it to an appliance repair shop
you probably could do it but the risk to your life is too great to save a few dollars

somethings wrong with the heater processor. if the irons working but not heating you should take it back to the store
