See if the computer runs on a straight AC plugged into the wall without the battery. If it works off the AC line, more than likely your battery is fried and has a shorted out cell. You can hook a voltmeter to it and see what the output voltage is. The output voltage should be listed on the battery for comparison.

There isn't much information to go off of here, but from what I understand you cannot load videos specifically. If you can load other pages (text, web docs, etc.) but not videos, it may be an internet connectivity problem where your internet is throttled, or a software issue preventing you from loading videos. Try using a different browser, such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Here are the links to download them if you need them. Chrome Download Firefox Free Web Browser

If you cannot load pages at all or it is extremely slow, it is definitely a connectivity problem. Find your router (usually the one with antenna or is only connected via ethernet cables) and unplug the power cable for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. If your network is unsecured, you may have "leeches" on your internet connection, or people you have not authorized to connect on your network. To solve this, apply a password to your Wifi connection. Let me know if you need help with this.

Any that have a compatible driver.

You might need to reinstall the network drivers for your device. Or you need to change your proxy settings. Some times malware will change your proxy settings. Open Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Connections > LAN Settings > Delete all text/numbers in the fields and uncheck all boxes. If that doesn't help it is some thing else, need mroe info from you.

It depends what program sent the picture, some email programs will actually make the picture smaller before it is sent, to reduce the size of the whole email, so it can be received by someone's "restricted size" email service.
IF you even try to make that picture larger, it will make it "pixelated" and you may not be able to use it, like that.
I suggest you email the person back and ask for a better/larger picture.
I hope this helps.

Some of the specification includes;
For storage, the Asus EB1037 has 320GB hard drive up to 1TB, with SSD options from 64GB up to 128GB. Despite its size, it has the sufficient amount of both wired and wireless connectivity options. It has dual band WiFi 802.11 b/g/n/ac connectivity with Bluetooth 4.0. It also has a Gigabit Ethernet port, 2x USB 3.0 ports, 4x USB 2.0 ports, an HDMI port and a VGA port. The whole package is only 219mm x 172.5mm x 29mm. The Asus Eee Box EB1037 is not actually a replacement for console gaming, rather it would be great for web browsing, watching movies and light or casual gaming needs.
