Go to the manufacturers website. They keep all of the drivers ready for download. You will need your computer make and model number.

If a program is failing and you want to disable DEP to see if that is the cause. Here are the steps. (Just disable DEP for the program in question… don’t disable it for your whole system.)

1. Click Start
2. Select Control Panel
3. Select System
4. Click the Advanced tab
5. In the Performance region select Settings
6. Click the Data Execute tab in the dialog box that opens
7. Select Turn on DEP for all programs and services except for those I select
8. Click Add.
9. The open dialog box will open. Browse and select your application.
10. Click Open
11. Click Apply
12. Click Ok
13. Reboot

Hope this helps :)
Season's Greetings!

The problem seems to be due to Cyberlink PowerDirector. Most people suggests to remove it from the computer and use other capture programs. This, of course, does not explain the stuttering display of the TV channels on a Plug-and-Play LCD monitor.

Well, I actually figured out what was wrong with mine.  It was actually my hard drive which was causing the reboot. It was still under warranty, so I had it replaced.

If your Vivid remote has a code search function, you can use it to find a code that will control your Yamaha Micro-040 device (whatever it is). The instructions for your Vivid remote may also include a procedure for searching the entire code library in your remote.

Without the make and model, we can't help much. Go to the manufacturer's website and download instructions. You can often do basic operations with the buttons on the TV.
Or go to eBay or Amazon and buy a replacement remote.
