I used https://www.google.com to search for a manual for the EVE623SA.
https://www.manualslib.com/manual/749580/Electrolux-Eve611sa.html?page=20#manual
Page 20 of the manual gives the following instructions. Please comment to let us all know if it works for you.

1. Ensure the oven is in the off state. Press and hold the + button until a beep sounds. The 'Demo' text will begin to flash.
2. While holding the + button turn the function selector to the first oven function until another beep is heard.
3. Then turn the function selector to the 'off' position.
4. Release the + button.
5 Toggle and hold the temperature selector to the right (+) until 3 beeps sound.

this is a error for the touch controls its normally caused by moisture getting on it, theres an upgraded part you can order from electrolux which is basically just a strip of foam you fit under the touch controls to prevent moisture getting in

"Check the tap" means difficulty with inlet water.
Before anything I suggest to clean the water inlet filters as described in the user manual.

cleaning inlet valve filter-kjr1zbbqwoqdv4an3hks3bv2-1-0.jpg
otherwise could be:
Tap closed or water pressure too low; drain pipe improperly
positioned; water fill solenoid valve faulty; leaks from water circuit on
pressure switch; pressure switch faulty; wiring faulty; main PCB
faulty.

This is not a real electrolux. Electrolux renamed themselves aerus electrolux. Eureka stole the name hot sued and starting this year cannot sell vacuums. You have to go to a dealer for a real electrolux.
