I have tried to re set my password, they e mailed me and told me to click on it and follow the site.It won't let me do this so I tried to copy and paste but I don't know where to find the"browser" Can you please help?

Does nothing come up?
Or does Facebook come up but you cannot log in?
Do other sites work?
How long has this been happening?
What machine / device and web browser or app are you using?

It is WiFi only, you could use an Access Point device or a router to provide WiFi to the Portal unit

you have had to have given them a backup email address, and phone number. That's how I have done it.
