In my limited experience magnetron failure is common but testing is not easy or safe.
Anyone reasonably competent can check that mains power is feeding the primary of the big transformer but unless you have eht test equipment and some training your testing should stop there and hand it over to an accredited repairer.

The voltage and current on the high voltage side of the transformer is potentially lethal and far exceeds the capacity of equipment available to the handyman..

Due to the cost of parts on this range, I would call an engineer. $310 for the oven control board, $400 for the 2 elements.

The only thing I would suggest is checking the contacts at the back of the back panel. you must have checked the element contacts when you did the continuity test. I have seen contacts get hot and snap off.

There is an opening next to the auger that dispenses the ice.  In there there is a lever that must move up and down. It actually seats the metal rod on the bottom of the ice maker and controls cube or crushed.  Make sure the lever is down (cube position) when you return the basket to the freezer. I had to hold it down while I slid the rod into the opening. Viola! Cubes again. http://www.applianceblog.com/mainforums/showthread.php?t=783
check it out!  Thanks to Jake!

The refrigerator needs to be perfectly leveled side to side dn should pitch back slightly. Also look at the plane of the doors, that is to say that they should be squared to the cabinet. If they are sagging, you may need to adjust the hinges.

it is actually 'Sb', you are in Jewish Sabbath mode which prevents anything being turned on or off on a Saturday.

The display shows "Sb" or "5b" while in Sabbath mode.
SB Sabbath Mode
The Sabbath Mode is a feature that disables portions of the fridge and its controls in accordance with observance of the Sabbath and religious holidays within the Orthodox Jewish community. Sabbath Mode is turned ON and OFF by pressing and holding "?" on freezer temp and "?" on refrigerator temp for five seconds.
In the Sabbath Mode, the High Temp alarm is active for health reasons. If a high temperature alarm is activated during this time, due to a door left ajar, the alarm will sound for about 10 minutes. The alarm will then silence on its own and a red high temperature icon will display. The high temp icon will continue to display, even if the door is closed, until the Sabbath mode is exited and the icon reset. The refrigerator will function normally once the door is closed, without any violation of the Sabbath/Holidays.
