It could be an internal fuse, or there could be a magnetron problem. Irrespective, you can't work on them yourself as the case is fixed with security screws as they are so dangerous inside. The only thing you can check for is a fuse at the back, but unlikely to be that as it works, albeit with no heat.

It sounds like the sensor that switches from brew to keep warm is faulty... so it keeps boiling after it's brewed.
My suggestion to you is to clean it it with vinegar. The following link shows how to clean a ten-cup model. Just use smaller amounts for the six-cup model.
Good luck

I have searched extensively. The sites you see with the blender are all scam sites that try to get you to buy a subscription to whatever it is they are selling, usually books or PDF software.

The only reliable site is Manualslib, but they don't have it in their list.

contact Hamilton Beach direct, although that model seems like you just switch it on. I am a chef, what do you need to know?

They don't have fuses they have thermal cutoffs. It would be located at the heater. You'll just have to try to take it apart to find it. Purchase a cutoff from any electronics supply shop in your area.

Check for power at outlet. Then check for power at heating coil. If there and still not working the heating element is gone.

Hamilton Beach... | Answered on Dec 01, 2019

usually find heating element failure has caused this to happen , and many they did not make to be replaced . seems selling more new ones makes them more money that making things repairable or to last a lifetime

Please understand that you are talking on a public forum to regular people who offer advice, not to the company that made your food processor. Contact the seller or Hamilton Beach directly for parts.

There is a use and care guide, but I am not hopeful it will give you any specifics
My guess is that it is a LED or florescent display, not an LCD and it has dimmed with age. Several other people complaining of the same, no solutions I have found.
