If you know someone in the US have them get the part shipped to them and in turn have them ship it to you.

One of the driving clutch parts is slipping, it will be either the coupling on the motor or the one on the blade. Sometimes a repair can involve replacing both as it is possible for one to damage the other.

Unfortunately that gasket, part number MS-0914084, has been discontinued.

Here is a link to the part online: Seal MS 0914084 for Krups Appliance eReplacement Parts

Unfortunately the gasket is obsolete, and there are no known replacements. The gasket is very perticular and i do not know of any other gaskets that have a similar shape.

Put a multi meter across the motor when disconnected from the pcb. If it is open circuit then check the field windings, one of them may have a fuse taped to the windings that has gone open.

So when plugged in it always just runs on the pulse? I would assume that this is an issue with the control board inside. If this is brand new return it to the store and exchange for a different blender.
You could also contact Krups to see how they work their warranties but you most likely need the control board replaced and that is something a service center would have to do for you.

Here is the information for contacting krups:

A good start would be to take the base off and you should be able to see how it is held in.

Hi I take it that the bottom was not screwed tight when the milk spilled. Try unscrewing the bottom, take it apart and clean it in warm water and mild washing liquid . Put it together again and screw tightly. And off it should go.

You have to contact the manufacturer for that kind of information. We do not have part numbers or prices. We do not sell any parts.

take a flat head screw drive to the bottom of the blender and us it to hold the blender shaft in place while you turn the gear by hand or with a plyers (it is reverse threaded) and it should spin right off. when you get the new on it should spin right on.

Hope you have solved your problem by now, but put a flathead screw driver in the bottom of the blender to hold the blender shaft in place then turn the gear by hand or with a plyers and it should just screw off, it is reverse threaded...
