Under the hood left of battery R2 is the relay you're looking for...... it would be the first relay on the right hand side just after the fuses....

The hold light flashing indicates a fault.. It may be flashing out an error code which can tell you what is wrong.
If it is just regular flashing, you will need an OBDII reader to extract the fault code, this will tell you what is wrong.

Does this happen when you're driving or just when you first start the vehicle? At first start some vehicle manufacturers use it is as a way of showing the vehicle's ECU, (it's brain), is checking the tacho and speedo are working correctly. If it does it while driving you will needed to take it to a Good Auto Electrician to have the electronics checked for faults and error codes.
