Because the region from where you're browsing or setup your google location or using proxy/vpn then your browser has kept the cookies of that region and for particular thing or what you're searching about and then showing you results from that region/location. So if you're tired of that then i would suggest you to clear your cookies from browser settings. Still if it doesn't work then try to change your ip address and then try (this will work definitely but this is 2nd option) :)

If you are looking to play DVD files i.e. VOB files then you can play it using VLC player.

Follow the below link to download VLC player.

VLC player plays almost every file format and it does not needs any extra codec to run the files.

The Laptop web browser and mobile web browsers are different interfaces. The mobile browser is designed to load faster and only load a section of the webpage. whereas the laptop browser loads the entire page. Hope I make sense :)
