You have burnt up the machine. It will no longer function and would be unsafe to try further. Replace it.

Unless the motor stopped on previous use with a puff of smoke & burning smell it is more likely that some part of the safety protection is not working. There are safety devices to prevent the motor starting without bowl & lid correctly assembled. Some processors with a spout bug enough to fit a hand down also have a safety mechanism requiring the pusher to be in the tube. Look in those areas first and confirm safety mechanisms are activating properly.
