Assuming you have a wi-fi printer:

#1- Go to settings
#2- tap on "enable wifi"
#3- Choose your printer from the list.

After that most printers have apps you can download to facilitate mobile printing. So go to google play and find the app for the brand of printer you have. Typically, it will walk you through the process after installing.
