Samsung Washing Machines - Popular Questions, Answers, Tips & Manuals

I suggest you read the operating instructions of your machine. I don't know of such a programme - most programmes include a rinse and spin though there is usually a delicates programme that is a short low temperature wash, leaves the tub full of water (to decrease creasing) until the programmer is advanced and then a short rinse and low speed spin.

Not sure what is special about a special sweater detergent except maybe it is so mild it might behave like soap and contains a fabric conditioner - hence no rinsing. Seems it could be a gimmick...

Best way of washing treasured woollens remains hand washing using soap if possible and rinse with fabric conditioner. Pull into shape while wet and dry flat.

water valve measure look for mains on this contact a lamp on the waterintake solenoid wire lugs instead of the waterintake or an multimeter. if there is. control also washing machine faucet disconnect the hose. that there is not only a faucet problem, it can not be to difficult. by most other frontloaders there is a connector between the wire to that solenoid valve that it will be wenn a suspension bracket is broken then the movement result will be to great and then it pulled a connector loose so then there is no working water intake maybe only the programclock will move, look in the user manual if there is a troubleshooting for it. like a comparable way..

Contact your honeowner's insurance company and see if that damage is covered. I don't think any reputable company would advise 'reclaiming' parts of a cleaning device that sat in raw sewage.

5e means either the filter is clogged or the pump is not working or the hose is plugged. Drain it first, using the hose. Lay the hose down in a bucket and let it drain out, making sure the bucket or dish can hold all the water. If it does not, bring the hose back up, drain the bucket and start again.
Then remove the filter cover and check for obstructions, and when it is clean, run a limited cycle, and check to see if it sounds like the pump is running. If not, the pump needs replacement.
If it is running, and hardly any water is coming out of the drain hose, quickly move the drain hose up and down to use it as a ram to remove any plugs in the drain hose.
It should start coming out as a solid thumb width sized stream.

make sure drain hose is not installed lower then the level of the tub. this will cause siphoning to occur. Elevate drain hose so that it loops above washer top.

Turn off the breaker for an hour in the hope it will reset the electronics. If that doesn't fix it, you need an engineer.
