the only proper way is to remove the rear cover and resolder the connector back on the circuit board my advise is to get a tv engineer to fix it for you or you can use a differant input ie.scart or hdmi etc.using a set top box or a dvd recorder or similar using the tuner within that hope that helps you

TRY THIS- press menu button and put the numbers 1147 in..A NEW BOX WILL POP UP and in the box that comes up PRESS THE FIRST OPTION it was the top one on my sharp tv...the tv will then go off ...using your remote turn the TV back on...you will then go through the set up as you did when it was new...SORTED NO MORE YELLOW K, Just done this myself after advice on the phone from Tesco tech support
