Did you set the security password during the initial setup?

The 802.11N security pass packets between AP and card. Communication between AP to card is normal.

There could be some garbage in the processor controller for the touch, so remove battery for a few Min, and that should clear every thing out and work OK.

You may (or may not) even HAVE a WEP key. Check your router setup for wireless to find out the key. If you indeed have a WEP key, you can then reset it to something you will not forget.
